Open gyms are an important part of the tryout process, an awesome way to get more touches leading up to Tryouts and to see what we are all about at Momentum! OGs also give our coaches a chance to meet and get to know new and returning players prior to Tryouts week.

Players of all club affiliations are welcome to join us!!   Please register early to ensure your spot as our Open Gyms fill up every summer! No walk ins

10s -14s Middle School Open Gym

Wednesday July 12 from 6-7:30P

Middle School Open Gyms - 8th graders/under (will be playing 11s-14s next season)

High School Open Gyms - Incoming Freshman and Up (will be playing 15s/older next season)
