Youth athletes need the opportunity to explore and create when introduced to a new sport. The Mizuno Prep Small Groups will not only introduce athletes to the fundamentals of volleyball, but allow them to learn, make mistakes and grow in a fun and open environment. At these small groups, players will learn the skills, concepts and drills needed to prep them for a school or club season with a small player to coach ratio.  No experience is needed for these small groups. Coed players ages 8-14 years old are welcome! All club affiliations!


Who: Coed Beginners+Intermediate Players, Ages 8-14

When: Mondays and Wednesdays  after Memorial Day to end of June

Time: 12-4p 

Price: $40/Session

New Momentum Gym Protocol

1. Waiver must be signed before participating in any activities at Momentum.

2. Masks will be required as much as possible. If a player needs to get water or take a few breaths, the mask can come down for a few momentums.  If players are unable to keep 6 feet distance from others during a drill or practice, they must have their masks on.  

3. Please come in with your shoes on dressed and ready. Please limit the items you bring in.  

4.  Please do not arrive more than a few minutes before your scheduled start time.

5.  No gathering in common areas, no parents are allowed into the gym at any time.

6. Everyone who enters the gym will have their temperatures will be taken at the door.

7.  Hand sanitizer will be readily available and should be frequently used.

Refund requests less than 14 days will be refunded only if:

  • Family plans change and the participant can no longer attend. In this case written notification must be received 7 days before the opening date of the confirmed clinic/camp session;
  • The participant does not attend due to illness or injury. A letter from a physician must accompany the refund request;
  • The participant is sent home from camp due to illness or injury occurring at camp. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will be made only at the written request of the parent.
  • No refunds will be made if the participant does not attend the clinic/camp program (whether in partial days or full duration of the clinic/camp) or leaves early for any other reason, even if the slot is filled by another participant.
